LiveConnect - Event & Delegate Management

LiveConnect is the total solution for any size event, for organizers as well as participants.

Organizers can manage all event and delegate information via LiveConnect both pre-, live and post event.

LiveConnect can be created per event with the option of an open event or by invitation only. Registrations can be handled via email, SMS, token connect, AD integration and more.

LiveConnect hosts your dedicated eventsite, styled for your company or event. All features are managed from within LiveConnect, including RFID and push notofications across all devices.

APP

The event site (WebApp) can contain everything an event needs, from event to event – with agenda, sign-up, registration etc., which also includes setting up options for push notifications on delegates arrival, accommodation choice(s), specific food needs etc. – all the way to a personalized notification per delegate.

Organizers can easily create, manage and maintain all event and delegate informations on the event site, as well as how delegates are to use the event site.

RFID

The RFID solution can be person and / or object based, giving interaction options between users and objects – e.g. catalogues vs user vs tracing.

The RFID integration reaching / reading the participant ID up to 15 meters away, can track, interact or even push information via SMS, Email, info monitors or billboards etc. based on the participant information, or interact different participants, remind on event details etc.

The RFID solution also comes as a minor partial setup, which can count number of people in a room live for safety, as well as tracking participants for accreditation, or work as a seating information for delegates.

PUSH

The built in push notification tool, works 2 ways – both for organizers as well as deletages.

Notifications updates can be sent via SMS, Email, info monitors etc. (if wanted) based on the participant information, or interact different participants, remind on event details etc.

Push notifications can also be used for objects, interacting with participants on-site via RFID based on the objects people are carrying, and  presenting comparison etc. to the delegate – not depending on delegates revealing their personal information.

All push notifications for organizers and delegates can be personally adjusted.
